Initial Consultation

With your Executive Health Coordinator:
Schedule Exam data, blood draw appointment & optional tests

Blood Draw Appointment

(at our Wellness Center, one of the Quest Lab sites or arrange for our staff to come to your home or office) Blood Test includes Complete Blood Analysis (CBC), comprehensive metabolic panel, lipid profile (total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL and HDL), thyroid function (TSH) and (for men 50 and over) prostate specific antigen (PSA) 

Executive Health Exam Day

Vital signs, vision acuity, chest X-ray, urinalysis, audiometer test and pulmonary function test

Complete physician examination including personal and family medical history, skin assessment, laboratory data, and discussion of your personal expectations for an Executive Health program

Resting ECG and cardiac treadmill stress testing with evaluation of peak metabolic equivalents, peak estimated VO2 and determination of your “training zone

Body fat analysis, manual muscle testing, flexibility measurements, isometric strength, muscular endurance, and lower back endurance assessment (Sorenson Back Test)

Body Age analysis, nutritional consultation, health risk assessment and design of a “Personalized Exercise Prescription” by our staff of Certified Athletic Trainers and Exercise Physiologists

Review by Family/Sports Medicine Physician: entire day’s test results, including referrals to specialists and allied health professionals

Two Weeks after your Exam

Personalized Health Profile sent directly to you with educational materials and resource lists

On-going Executive Health 

Follow-up consultations with Physicians, Nutritionists, Exercise Physiologists, Athletic Trainers, other specialist and experts
